Patrick Hutchins, President
Patrick Hutchins joined the Company as President February 22nd 2016. Prior to arriving at Staco Systems, Mr. Hutchins served as the Vice President and General Manager for Lisi Aerospace -Torrance, CA Division from 2010-2016. Mr. Hutchins also served in several executive roles as Chief Operations Officer of Automated Precision Incorporated, Satellite Division President and Chief Operations Officer of CalAmp Corp and President and General Manager of Chloride Systems, a division of Genlyte Thomas (now Philips Lighting). Mr. Hutchins has extensive experience providing high technology products and services for commercial electronics, wireless communications and power solutions for industrial and aerospace markets. Mr. Hutchins received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.Brett Meinsen, Vice President of Finance
Before joining Staco Systems, Brett Meinsen was Chief Financial Officer for nine years at Reinhold Industries, Inc., a publicly traded international manufacturer of composite products serving both commercial aerospace and military markets. He was a key contributor in the profitable growth of the company, primarily through acquisitions. Mr. Meinsen’s 25-year career also includes significant financial experience in the medical device and specialty metals industries, all in manufacturing environments. Mr. Meinsen received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, CT. He is a Certified Public Accountant.Ed Rey, Vice President of Engineering
With over 20 years of experience in various product development roles within the medical device industry, Ed Rey joined the Staco team. He was formerly the Director of Hardware Design for Masimo, a world leader in pulse oximetry and wearable vital sign patient monitoring products. Looking further back, Mr. Rey served as Systems Engineering Director for Bold Type consulting, leading engineering teams on the development of IoT medical devices. Mr. Rey played a crucial role at Iradimed Corporation as Principal Systems Engineer leading various technical fronts for the design of MRI compatible infusion pump, and ferromagnetic detection systems, and from 2004 to 2015, worked at Philips Medical where he designed MRI compatible ECG and pulse oximetry products. Responsible for over 12 successful product launches currently fielded. He holds 6 patents in the areas of MRI patient monitoring. Mr. Rey started his medical background at Galix Biomedical instrumentation, designing pacemakers and electrophysiology stimulators. He began professional career in 99’ at Motorola as a test engineer working on Nextel radios.Jeff Bowen, Vice President of Sales
Jeff Bowen brings more than 18 years of global sales and management experience in the aerospace and defense industry to Staco Systems. Mr. Bowen has been involved with driving and growing sales for both emerging and Fortune 500 technology companies with experience that spans sales, strategy development, implementation and commercial management. Mr. Bowen’s business expertise includes an impressive track record of selling to major aerospace OEMs such as; Boeing, Raytheon, Rockwell Collins, Honeywell, Thales and Panasonic Avionics. Mr. Bowen received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington.Chris Mayer, Vice President of Operations
Chris Mayer is a seasoned operations and manufacturing expert within the aerospace industry. His engineering background has led him to manage key manufacturing projects and processes improvement at Hartwell Corporation, GE Aviation and Lisi Aerospace. Mr. Mayer and his team at Staco Systems have the highest emphasis on quality and continuous improvement in order to provide customers with the best products and services. Mr. Mayer holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from 3M and General Electric, and has been Six Sigma Black belt trained by Lisi Aerospace.
